Description

We are actively looking for a  Human Resources Coordinator   who is responsible for managing and coordinating personnel-related activities within the Company, ensuring compliance with labor policies and contributing to employee well-being. This position plays a key role in talent management, the implementation of human resources strategies, and the optimization of internal personnel-related processes.

Activities

  • Selection and recruitment: Coordination of personnel selection processes, from the publication of vacancies to the incorporation of new employees.
  • Performance evaluation: Coordination of performance evaluation processes (KPI management), providing feedback and follow-up to employees and company leaders.
  • Training and development: Planning and execution of training and development programs for white collar staff as well as identification of training needs and coordination of resources to meet them.
  • Implementation of policies and procedures: Development, communication and implementation of human resources policies and procedures, ensuring that local and national labor regulations are met.
  • Compensation and benefits management: Coordination of social benefits, insurance and other compensation-related programs. Support in the structuring of salary packages.
  • Personnel administration: Control of employee attendance, licenses, vacations and schedules.
  • Labor relations management: Advising employees on issues related to labor legislation, internal regulations and conflict resolution.
  • Fostering a healthy and positive work environment, promoting internal communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related.
  • Fluent in English Language
  • At least 4 years of experience in
    • Human talent management: Experience in selection, hiring, induction and onboarding processes for new employees.
    • Training and development: Having coordinated or managed training and development programs for staff.
    • Performance evaluation: Participation in the implementation of performance evaluation and feedback processes.
    • Knowledge of labor legislation: Experience in the interpretation and application of local and international labor legislation, such as labor law, social security, labor rights, etc.
