Description
We are actively looking for a Recruitment Analyst who will develop, plan, manage and execute strategic recruitment objectives.

EXPERIENCE IN:

• Full cycle of administrative and indirect positions.
• Create talent attraction strategies.
• Onboarding of the new employee.
• Collaborate with head of departments to ensure the correct according to the needs of the profiles.
• Ensure the alignment of the selection process with the organization's values and culture.
• Implement improvements in processes based on metrics and market trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology.
• Advanced English language level.
• At least 2 years managing of administrative and operational personnel.
• Experience with manufacturing company.
