DESCRIPTION

We are actively looking for an   Import Export Analyst   is responsible for managing, coordinating, and ensuring the compliance of all the company's international operations, both for the import and export of products, ensuring that the processes are carried out in accordance with national and international customs regulations and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Industrial Engineer or a related field.
  • Advanced / Fluent English language level.
  • Previous experience:
    • Operational roles within the field of Import and Export.
    • USMCA origin analysis.
    • Management of Annex 22, 24 and 30.
    • Fixed asset control.
ACTIVITIES
  • Review of documents (invoices, shipment details, packing slip, BL, instruction letters, etc.) for import/export operations.
  • Review and authorize import/export customs forms and archive them electronically (vs. Data Stage).
  • Support and guide the Sanhua BUs in obtaining new programs such as IMMEX, PROSEC or any certification that requires.
  • Provide support to the BU´s for address registrations or updates to their information registered for IMMEX or certification if required.
  • Support and guide the BUs regarding their Annex 24 or 30 inventory control if required.
  • Process advance payments for taxes in OA for definitive imports.
  • Support origin analysis projects to determine compliance with free trade agreements as required.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to international shipping, such as delays, damages, and compliance issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for receiving and dispatching goods.
