Sales Assistant

Sanhua industrial park, located in Saltillo Mexico, is the manufacturing hub for all Business Units in Mexico and has achieved significant growth over the past 10+ years. Collectively we have close to 3000 employees.
We are actively looking for a Sales Assistant who will carry out import and export operations in a timely manner, provide support and follow-up to projects, promotion programs or certifications together with the immediate supervisor, and prepare foreign trade reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience: 3+ years in sales or customer service
- Understand basic manufacturing and delivery processes
- Fluent in spoken English
- Strong communication, coordination, and judgment skills
- Act as the primary point of contact for new project implementation with local customers in Mexico; coordinate cross-functional communication and resource allocation; track internal key milestones.
- Manage new business opportunities, sample tracking, sample pricing, contract preparation, and annual pricing adjustments for customers in Mexico.
- Manage customer demand, set safety stock levels with the sales assistant, and ensure timely handling of issues during production and delivery.
- Coordinate production and sales plans with the Mexico factory, align daily delivery quantities and timelines with customer needs and factory capacity.
- Monitor and analyze fluctuations in customer forecasts and actual pickups, communicate with customers on major changes affecting delivery.
- Organize and host customer visits, support factory audits and tours.
- Build and maintain customer relationships in Mexico, conduct regular visits, assist in resolving urgent matters, and participate in email and meeting communications.
- Assist in creating annual production plans for responsible customers; confirm rolling monthly forecasts and ordering plans.
- Manage urgent shipments to VMI warehouses, coating suppliers, or direct customers; ensure resolution of shipping issues.
- Prepare delivery-related documents in ERP systems (e.g., Infor orders) according to company and customer requirements.
- Assist in managing VMI warehouses and recyclable packaging.
