QUALIFICATIONS
  • Mechatronics, electrical or similar engineering.
  • +4 years of experience in automotive industry.
  • Experience in welding and brazing process.
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • Knowledge in:  
    • Planning and implementing processes from scratch.
    • Troubleshooting quality and process issues in water cooling systems.
    • Continuous process improvement: cost reduction, quality optimization, and operational efficiency.
    • Equipment development and validation: definition of technical requirements, communication with suppliers, technical review, and commissioning.
    • Process of painting, gluing and automation.
    • Knowledge in IATF 16949, CSR.
