Sanhua Mexico Investment is a platform company and provides all services to other manufacturing BUs in Mexico, including but not limited to warehouse and logistics, accounting and finance, treasury, taxes, FX management and property management.

We are actively looking for a Import Export Coordinator to organize, synchronize and manage various activities or elements within a project with the aim of achieving efficiency and consistency in compliance with regulations applicable to commercial compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English languaje is essential
  • University Degree in International Relations, International Trade, Foreign Relations or Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Import - Export department in similar positions.
  • Knowledge about Annex 24 and 30.
  • Knowledge tariff
  • Knowledfe in IMMEX and PROSEC
  • Knowledge about VUCEM and International Trade Compliance.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
GENERAL ACTIVITIES
  • Analyze the data stage database to obtain results according to the project.
  • Support foreign trade compliance audits in business units to detect failures or errors in the import and export operation internally, and implement the corresponding improvements.
  • Support and guide Sanhua business units in obtaining new programs such as IMMEX, PROSEC or any required certification.
  • Provide support to business units for domicile registration or updates of their registered information for IMMEX or certifications if necessary.
  • Support and guide business units in inventory control of their Annex 24 or 30 if required.
  • Provide follow-up and support in foreign trade compliance projects together with the Manager as necessary.
  • Support in origin analysis projects to determine compliance with free trade agreements as necessary.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to international shipping, such as delays, damage, and compliance issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for receipt and dispatch of goods.
