We are actively looking for a Bilingual Receptionist who will be responsible of optimizing the organization's administrative operations. Their primary objective is to ensure that administrative processes are carried out efficiently, thereby contributing to the effective functioning of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or similar
- Fluent in English language.
- Data management and analysis.
- General services administration.
- Administrative or analytical roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Administrative task such as invoicing, hotel and flight reservations.
- Driver's licence.
- Willingness to move into the city.
- Ensuring that all the invoicing and payments to suppliers are correctly uploaded, keeping track from beginning of the requirement until the final payment.
- Give attention to Lobby activities.
- Supplier management.
- Attention and control of foreign personnel.
- Ensuring that the control and scheduling of transportation for foreign personnel is correctly managed.
- Management of accommodation (houses and rental apartments) and services (water, electricity, gas, and internet) for foreign personnel.
- Hotel and flight reservations.
- Service to users in various areas of the business units.
- Support in corporate events.
- Management of cleaning and cafeteria services.
