Sanhua industrial park, located in Saltillo Mexico, is the manufacturing hub for all Business Units in Mexico and has achieved significant growth over the past 10+ years. Collectively we have close to 3000 employees.
We are actively looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will provide comprehensive support for Human Resources processes, focusing on personnel management, employee service, union management, and regulatory compliance. The objective is to ensure a stable, efficient work environment aligned with the plant's strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Administration / Bachelor of Human Resources
- Fluent in English language.
- Previous experience in similar roles.
- 2 years of previous experience handling issues related to the LFT.
- 2 years of previous experience managing personnel.
- Previous experience in conflict management, negotiation and effective communication.
- Manage and monitor the relationship with the union: address contract reviews, conciliations, labor disputes, and compliance with contractual clauses.
- Provide direct and timely support to operational and administrative staff on labor issues, services, complaints, and requests.
- Support employee lifecycle management: hiring, termination, transfers, contracts, renewals, and files.
- Support work environment processes, surveys, internal communication, and integration events.
- Manage staff services (transportation, cafeteria, uniforms, etc.), ensuring quality and a prompt response.
- Support training for the implementation and monitoring of evaluations.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with HR processes.
- Coordinate with other areas (safety, quality, production) to implement appropriate labor practices.
