DESCRIPTION

We are actively looking for a  Recruitment Supervisor  who will responsible of the full cycle recruitment of administrative talent to ensure the organization has the right profiles in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires experience in the automotive industry, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology.
• Advanced English language level.
• At least 3 years managing recruitment of administrative and operational personnel.
• Experience with manufacturing/maquiladora companies.

ACTIVITIES

• Recruitment full cycle of administrative positions.
• Create talent attraction strategics.
• Onboarding of the new employee.
• Colaborate with  head of departments for ensure the correct recruitment according to the needs of the profiles.
• Ensure the alignment of the selection process with the organization's values and culture.
• Implement improvements in recruitment processes based on metrics and market trends.
• Management the approvals of the open positions and maintan a tracking and control file. 
• Ensure the correct employee's file.
• Support with interns recruitment.
