This role is central to our mission of delivering superior product quality. You will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and a variety of tests on components and finished products, providing critical data to validate our manufacturing processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1.Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using software such as PC-DMIS or equivalent to conduct dimensional analysis.
2.Use Vision Measuring Systems (optical comparators) for precise 2D measurements and complex geometrical inspections.
3.Operate Profilers (Contour/Shape Measuring Instruments) to verify form, contour, and angle of critical components. 4.Perform Surface Roughness measurements using contact or non-contact profilometers. 5.Conduct Cleanliness Testing per established standards (e.g., VDA 19, ISO 16232), including particle extraction, filtration, and analysis under a microscope.

Requirements
- Familiar with basic detection tools, proficient in using basic software and able to read basic mechanical drawings
- Awareness of industry-specific standards (ISO, ASME, automotive standards)
- Ability to analyze measurement data for trends and deviations
- Precision & Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, Documentation
