Description
We are actively looking for a HR Analyst - Organizational Development who will contribute to the implementation and monitoring of organizational development initiatives, performance management, internal communication and cultural transformation, ensuring alignment between structure, processes, indicators and organizational messages, in accordance with the company's strategy.
Activities
- Follow up on organizational development processes, including performance evaluations, development plans, and talent exercises.
- Analyze and consolidate key HR indicators related to performance, program effectiveness, and organizational structure.
- Participate in organizational transformation projects, process improvement initiatives, and HR practice standardization.
- Provide support in the planning and execution of internal communications related to HR initiatives, organizational changes, and key processes.
- Support the update and alignment of job descriptions in accordance with the current organizational chart.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives as part of development processes, ensuring proper follow-up and evidence of impact.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and clarity of HR information across systems, reports, and communication materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Communication, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Performance evaluation processes and development plans.
- Preparation of reports and executive-level presentations.
- Internal communications and development of organizational messaging.
- HR indicators and metrics.
