DESCRIPTION

We are actively looking for a Human Resources Director who will be responsible for comprehensive Human Resource Management in Mexico's plant, covering recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, union affairs, and administrative management. The HRD must ensure that the company’s HR policies align with local laws and regulations, foster collaboration between Chinese and Mexican teams, and support the plant’s long-term development and strategic goals..

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Administration, Business Management, Economics, Labor Relations or related
  • Fluent in English Language
  • 10 - 15 years of experience as a manager or similar position
  • Experience in manufacturing industry
