Sanhua Industrial Park, located in Ramos Arizpe Mexico, is the manufacturing hub for all Business Units in Mexico and has achieved significant growth over the past 10+ years. Collectively we have close to 3000 employees.
DESCRIPTION
We are actively looking for a HR Manager who will be responsible for comprehensive human resource management in the Mexico plant, covering recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, union affairs, and administrative management. The HRM must ensure that the company’s HR policies align with local laws and regulations, foster collaboration between Chinese and Mexican teams, and support the plant’s long-term development and strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology.
- Advanced English language level.
- At least 3 years in a management position managing administrative and operational personnel
- At least 5 years of experience in:
- OD, Recruitment, Training, Talent Development, Compliance Management, Labor Relations.
- Experience with manufacturing/maquiladora companies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
ACTIVITIES
- HR Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s global and local strategic goals, driving organizational development, talent development, and management improvements for the plant.
- Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Formulate and execute a localized recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain key talent, especially mid-to-senior management and technical workers.
- Establish and optimize a talent development system to promote career development and leadership growth, improving the overall quality of the team.
- Union Relations Management:
- Handle union-related matters, maintaining good relations with the union to ensure smooth communication between the company and the union.
- Participate in union negotiations, addressing issues such as salary increases, benefits, and working conditions, ensuring stable and harmonious labor relations.
- Employee Relations and Performance Management:
- Design and implement an effective performance management system to ensure the achievement of company KPI goals.
- Manage employee relations, addressing complaints, conflicts, and disputes to improve employee satisfaction.
- Administrative Management
- Oversee the plant’s administrative affairs, including logistics, employee housing, transportation, dining, and office environment, ensuring convenience for employees in both work and life.
- Employee Training and Development
- Develop and implement employee training plans to enhance skills and work efficiency, with a focus on new employee onboarding, management capabilities, and cross-cultural communication.
- Culture and Compliance Management
- Promote the company’s corporate culture within the Mexico plant, fostering integration between Chinese and Mexican cultures.
- Ensure that the company’s HR policies and processes comply with Mexican legal requirements and that the plant operates in compliance.
