The TA Coordinator will act as the overall recruitment coordinator for the Mexico operation, covering both white-collar and blue-collar hiring. The role will directly execute local white-collar recruitment, especially for manufacturing-related professional functions. This position is responsible for integrating recruitment resources, maintaining an effective local manufacturing talent network, standardizing recruitment processes, tracking recruitment data, and supporting talent-related digital and regional projects required by the Group. - Overall recruitment coordination: Coordinate the overall recruitment work for the Mexico operation, covering both white-collar and blue-collar hiring, ensuring recruitment priorities, progress, resources, and key issues are visible and well managed.
- White-collar recruitment execution: Personally handle end-to-end recruitment for local professional and office-based positions in Mexico, including requirement clarification, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding handover.
- Local manufacturing talent network: Maintain and expand white-collar candidate resources, referral channels, recruitment agencies, universities, industry communities, and professional contacts related to manufacturing enterprises in Mexico, while also understanding and tracking blue-collar recruitment channels used by the recruitment center.
- Recruitment process standardization: Document and improve detailed recruitment procedures for white-collar, including requirement intake, candidate reception, interview arrangement, meeting-room preparation, introduction of interviewers and candidates, feedback collection, follow-up timeline, and file archiving.
- Recruitment data management and reporting: Build and maintain integrated recruitment dashboards and reports for both white-collar and blue-collar hiring, including open positions, demand fulfillment, sourcing channels, candidate pipeline, interview conversion, offer status, attendance or onboarding status, time-to-fill, recruitment cost, risks, and issues requiring management attention.
