DESCRIPTION
We are actively looking for a Payroll Analyst who will support the payroll processes of the organization and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees. The Payroll Analyst is responsible for do the payroll department in performing tasks such as maintaining accurate employee records, delivering payroll checks, responding to employee inquiries and carrying out day-to-day payroll activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting.
- Intermediate English language level.
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll activities.
- Experience with manufacturing/maquiladora companies.
- Blue Collar Payment: Payroll, Incidents, Calculatation, Stamping and Delivery of Payroll Receipt.
- Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses.
- Report dining room discount.
- Review timesheets and attendance records and correct inaccuracies.
- Generation of punctuality and attendance report.
