We are actively looking for a    Customer Service Representative    who will convert gross demand (customer forecast) into net demand (factory demand), coordinate production and sales with the factory, communicate with customers on shipments to ensure customer orders are delivered as required, and establish safety stock according to the established mechanism. Collaborate with sales to solve problems raised by customers during product delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Trade/Business and Customs preferable.
  • Advanced in English language.
  • Good knowledge in CSR Ordering.
  • Knowledge in ERP Systems (Infor preferable).
  • Understand the basic product manufacturing process.
  • Be familiar with the product delivery process.
  • Have good communication, coordination, understanding and judgment skills.

ACTIVITIES

  1. Responsible for MQ (SLP) and TR (Monterrey) / TK customer demand management, determine the safety stock level together with sales, and convert customer forecasts into factory new demand plans based on existing inventory and unfulfilled orders.
  2. Responsible for production and sales coordination, combining customer demand with factory capacity consensus on product delivery quantity and time in batches, and following up on actual results achieved.
  3. Responsible for comparative analysis of customer forecast fluctuations and actual pick-up, and submitting sales to coordinate communication with customers for models with large fluctuations.
  4. Communicate with customers on delivery matters when the factory's actual output affects shipment, and provide customers with relevant reports required every week.
  5. Responsible for finished goods inventory turnover and overdue inventory management for MQ (SLP) and TR (Monterrey)/TK.
  6. Responsible for preparing the annual production plan, monthly rolling forecast and monthly purchase plan for the customers in charge.
  7. Responsible for providing instructions for shipping to third-party warehouses or customers according to customer requirements, and coordinating issues during the shipping process until the customer is satisfied.
  8. Responsible for preparing delivery related documents in the information system according to company and customer requirements, such as Infor orders.
  9. Responsible for other tasks that assist sales in ensuring customer satisfaction during delivery, such as participating in customer meetings on delivery communication with sales.
